As our greenhouse season began to slow down we found ourselves with too little people contact , having been in business where we spoke to people all day suddenly “Talking to the Animals” just wasn’t enough. Hence the decision to open the farm to visitors. Our farm has evolved into a Zoo while still managing to maintain a farm & garden atmosphere. |

Saunders Country Critters is a privately owned & operated farm. We have been raising, breeding, showing & selling exotic & unusual critters since the early 1990’s. In the past several years we have sold our other businesses with the intent of semi-retiring and expanding on our breeding programs here at the zoo. We have a very successful breeding program boasting achievements with endangered and at risk species.
